As I began reading I found myself smiling, the beginning of a laugh. It progressed to a pronounced chuckle as I read further the first chapter. Then the second chapter hit with the trio's escapade into personal dentistry: I was not only laughing, but "laughing out loud."

Tom's book relieves the seriousness of life. I read a chapter now and again to relieve the tensions inherent in much thinking and the strenuous effort that accompanies so much of our lives.

Tom has honed his craft of both writing and humor over a long time--it's obvious. This is a good read if you would enjoy the innocent but lively escapades that only young, adventuresome boys can conjure. And if not your cup of tea as an adult, young people would heartily drink.

I'll have to reread the chapter on do-it-yourself dentistry; may go into business.

I happened to see an advertising for this book on Tbone's website and was curious. This book is fantastically layed out and is humorous to people of all ages. Recommend it to anyone!!!
I tried reading Rugged Knuckles before going to sleep and could not stop laughing. My wife woke up to ask what was so funny and when I told her about the kid falling through the roof of the "love shack", she was laughing too. These stories are engaging, witty and too funny!
The stories in this book will make you laugh out loud. Weber's adventures are incredibly memorable. This is a book that can be enjoyed by both adults and children. It will help you remember adventures from your own childhood.
