We bought this, along with a matching tea set, for our young daughter for her birthday. We have had it several months and she loves the stories. The art work is delightful. I bought the tea set from another company and it wasn't made in China!

Beautiful illustrations help to tell traditional English-style adventures of the mice of brambly hedge. If you like this kind of story, if you appreciate brilliant watercolor, or if you adore miniatures and dollhouses, you'll love this book too.
If you've never read Brambly Hedge and you have any imagination at all you will love these books. The illustrations are incredible--detailed and so creative, and the stories are fun. I only wish there were more stories than the 8!

This is such a charming British children's book about little mice living in the woods throughout the four seasons of the year. The illustrations are lovely and very intricately detailed and the stories are quite sweet. I bought this book as a gift for my 7 year old niece. I purchased this book used and it arrived in great condition.
